Talking to a few developers about executional digital designs that I have concepted out which will utilize the blur effect, I was quickly told that “the only downfall will be that we cannot blur at all in with HTML5 and that all designs moving forward will have to have HTML5 capable features. If we stayed within the confines of Adobe Flash though we would be good as gravy.” After battling that idea and refused to think that we cannot blur with HTML5 at all I quickly went away from that meeting saying to myself, “I know that can’t be true.”
